Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise it, inform Paddle.com Market Ltd, the seller of record, or write to support@kunionline.com with a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Early expiry for digital content

At checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun (§ 356(5) BGB, Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU). Premium is unlocked immediately after payment, so this consent is what makes instant access possible.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, all payments received are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal is received, using the same means of payment.
