Smart Brightness

Terms of use

1. Who you contract with

The Smart Brightness extension is provided by Ibrahim Mert Küni. Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; Paddle's terms of sale govern the purchase, invoicing, taxes and refunds.

2. Licence

A Premium licence grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the premium features in up to five browsers at a time, for as long as the subscription is active or, for a lifetime licence, for as long as the product is distributed.

3. Plans and renewal

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling ends the plan at the end of the paid period; premium features remain available until then. A lifetime licence is a single payment and does not renew.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time via Cancel subscription or the management link in any invoice email.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal; see Right of withdrawal.

6. Free trial

A free trial may be started once per device and requires no payment method. It ends automatically and does not convert into a paid plan.

7. Availability

The extension runs locally and keeps working offline. The licence service is required only to activate and periodically re-validate a licence. Short outages do not interrupt premium access thanks to an offline grace period.

8. Your data

See the privacy policy.

9. Liability

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under the Product Liability Act.

10. Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
